Shipping Policy

We ship chaos, rebellion, and the occasional lavender-scented middle finger — but we also ship your order. Here’s how it works:

Processing Time

• Orders are packed and shipped within 5–7 business days (sometimes sooner, sometimes later if life decides to be a jerk).

• Custom items or preorders may take longer — I’ll note that on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• I typically ship via USPS (aka the only carrier that will actually deliver to your weird little P.O. box). Sometimes UPS/FedEx if the item is chunky.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. If USPS decides to play “Where’s Waldo” with your package, that’s out of my control — but email me if it’s been MIA longer than 10 business days.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• I’m not responsible for packages once they’re scanned in by the carrier. Porch pirates, shady neighbors, and USPS chaos are, unfortunately, part of the ride.

• That said, if your order vanishes into the void, email contact@lavenderandrage.com and we’ll figure out next steps together.

International Shipping

• Currently shipping to the U.S. only (for now). International expansion is on my radar, but customs + VAT = headache I don’t have time for yet.

TL;DR

I’ll ship it. The post office will do their thing (good or bad). If something goes sideways, I’ll help you sort it out as best I can.
