How do I wash my apparel?

Machine wash on cold/gentle and turn garment inside out. Tumble low or hang dry. Do not use fabric softener, bleach or iron.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Our items are made to order & no returns are accepted. The only
exceptions include: wrong item(s) sent, defective/damaged items, or
items that have largely different specifications than those listed. If requested, exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we must receive notice of return or exchange requests within 72 hours of delivery.

What's your turnaround time?

Items usually ship within 3 - 5 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days before sending inquiries.

Lavender & Rage currently has a turnaround time of up to 14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Turnaround time for all items begin the next
business day after order is placed.

Please be aware of our turnaround time before placing your order.

What are your shipping policies?

All items are made to order and will require processing time regardless of the shipping speed selected. We will not refund for items shipped via the selected mail delivery service within our stated turnaround time.

We use USPS and UPS for shipment. Free shipping is available
for all domestic orders that reach the $50 threshold before taxes and
any other applicable fees.

Tracking information is emailed when orders are fulfilled. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Once the carrier is in possession of packages, all shipping
related issues must be handled by the mail carrier. We are not
responsible for items delayed or damaged in transit. We are also not
responsible for any lost or missing deliveries.

If items are returned to sender due to incorrect/incomplete
address, the full shipping amount will be invoiced and must be paid
before reshipment will be issued. A 20% restocking fee will apply if the
shipment can not be reshipped.

Can you put a design you offer on a different item than listed?

Absolutely! Most all of our designs and items are interchangeable (and made to order!) so customizing products is super easy. You can use the form below or send an email to contact@lavenderandrage.com.

Are you going to sell my information?

We collect data for advertising
purposes. We will not use your information for any other reason other than sending you updates and sales for our shop, if you sign up for them. We will never sell your information.
