What’s your return policy?
Most items are final sale since many are made-to-order or custom. But if something shows up damaged or cursed, email us and we’ll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most items ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (customs may take longer). We’re a one-human operation, so thanks for your patience!
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
If you’re in Columbia, SC or seeing us at a market — yes! Just select Local Pickup at checkout or DM us to coordinate.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely. If you’ve got a weird idea or want something personalized, hit up the contact page. We live for that kind of chaos.
What if I want to stock your items in my store?
We’d love that. Wholesale inquiries are welcome — just reach out through the contact page with details and we’ll chat.
What’s the deal with your digital products?
Digital files are available instantly after purchase — no physical items will be shipped. They’re perfect for makers, small biz owners, or chaos gremlins who love a download.
Is this shop LGBTQ+ friendly?
Yes. Loudly, proudly, and always. We’re queer-owned and don’t tolerate hate in any form.
Do you sell at local events or markets?
Yep! You’ll find Lavender & Rage at pop-ups and festivals across the Southeast. Follow us on Instagram for our event schedule — or come say hi if you see the booth. It’s usually the loudest one.
Do you 3D print everything yourself?
Sure do. All 3D prints are made in-house with love, precision, and occasionally a few curse words. Every mushroom, skull, or odd little object is printed, cleaned, and finished by hand.
Can I request a specific 3D print or color combo?
Yes, please. Whether it’s a favorite color, a custom pet tag, or a weird creature idea, drop it in our contact form. We’ll let you know if it’s possible (spoiler: it usually is).
Are your products made sustainably?
Whenever possible, yes. We use upcycled materials for apparel, minimal packaging, and 3D print with eco-friendly PLA filament. It’s rebellion with a conscience.
